About Me

Fitness Coach Bio

Hi! I’m Ronan and I’m a D1 swimmer at Dartmouth College. Over the course of my swimming career I have accumulated 30 national medals and represented my country internationally 4 times. I received my coaching accreditation in 2022 and have always had a passion for coaching people, whether it's my teammates or other people. My goal is to take you to that next level, no matter where you are in your swimming journey or what your schedule looks like!

No two swimmers are the same, so why coach that way? Our customized coaching will give you a training program tailored to your skill level. Whether you're just trying to keep your head afloat or chasing a personal best in your next competition, we've got you covered! 

Dumbbells

Dryland Training

Boost your perfomance in the water by training smart on land. Our dryland workouts are targeted specifically to swimmers, targeting upper-body strength, core strength and efficient power. Every session takes you one step closer to your swim goals while preventing you from injury.

Healthy Salad Bowl

Nutrition

Fuel your body for better performace and faster recovery. A swimmer's nutrition shouldn't focus on restricting, but instead nourishing the body. This customized nutrition plan will help you make the right food choices for you, propelling you to success both in and out of the pool.

1:1 coaching

We understand that it can be difficult to motivate yourself to train. This is why we offer online coaching calls to check in with you, and answer any questions that may have arisen about the program or individual questions about technique
